This coffee shop has such a warm, chill vibe. The coffee was smooth and perfectly made, and the avacado was super fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly, and it felt like a great place to hang out or get some work done. Definitely coming back soon.

I’ve been a caffeine connoisseur dedicated to Starbucks for years, but this was my first full rate in having a cup of Joe in the last face factory in the mall of Louisiana, and when I tell you! This was by for the best and the hottest and the most hateful cup of Joe Al experience! I implore All coffee connoisseur to try the Latte factory.

The guys working the Latte Factory were amazing! They gave us some samples and the entire fam ordered drinks. They were delicious! I highly recommend stopping by for a drink!

Had a great experience with my family of 7. The customer service was excellent, very kind and caring workers. The coffee and lemonades were very delicious; the presentation of the drinks were great as well. We will gladly get drinks/coffee here again any time we are at the mall!

Was having a meeting in the food court, and Mr. TJ helped me keep my energy up with an amazing latte. I always ask questions, and he made sure all of them were answered. He gave my other guys a latte as well, and I’m very picky. So I asked for whip cream and he provided it with amazing customer service.

I work at Vans and HAVE to get my iced caramel truffle latte with cold foam every shift! It’s literally sooo good. Better than Starbucks might I add. The employees are always welcoming and polite! My coworkers get their fruity plant-based energy drinks a lot as well, so I’m assuming those are also great!

Best coffee around! I only wish this place was closer because it was so delicious. Now every time I go to the mall, I will want this coffee. I got the vanilla bean chiller with espresso and it was AMAZING!

Definitely best coffee around. I always get the cookie crumble frappe and they all know me and get my order right each time. All the workers are amazing. They need to open another location outside the mall though. Have multiple coffee shops open
